Working in healthcare is not like working in other sectors.  No matter what your job is, when you work in healthcare, you have a role in keeping people well or in helping them get better. Your job might not be clinical – it could be accounting, or logistics, or maintenance work, but you’re doing that job so that people can get the healthcare they need. That’s important.
